The product innovatively uses the natural ester insulating oil of Shuangjiang Energy as the insulating medium, and the coil end is insulated with Nomex high temperature resistant insulation material to improve the heat resistance of the transformer.

The natural ester insulating oil is derived from plant seeds, 100% degradable, the ignition point is higher than 360 ° C, can effectively avoid explosion accidents, the carbon emissions in the whole life cycle is only 1/64 of mineral oil, with renewable, environmental protection and low carbon and other excellent performance.

Compared with the traditional laminated core transformer, the no-load loss of the natural ester insulated oil three-dimensional coil core transformer is reduced by 20%, exceeding the primary energy efficiency standard value by 5%. The product is the first in the world to put forward the natural ester insulation oil environmental protection technology and three-dimensional coil core design structure, has successfully passed the authoritative review by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Chen Weijiang led the expert group, was identified to reach the international leading level.
