The annual blending production of industrial lubricating oil and special oil products is 200000 tons. The perfect technology and high efficiency of this production line are favored by many lubricant production enterprises, and it is the development direction of China's future modern lubricant production and blending.
The R&D team of Jiangsu Shuangjiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is composed of experienced and highly educated professionals. The team includes 1 researcher, 1 professor level engineer, 3 petrochemical engineers, 1 member of the National Standards Committee, and more than 10 people with graduate degrees or above.
Shuangjiang Energy has been awarded the titles of Jiangsu Province Enterprise Technology Center and Taizhou City Enterprise Engineering Center, and has undertaken research and development projects for major R&D projects such as the Ministry of Science and Technology's international cooperation project, the General Equipment Department's research project, the State Grid Shandong Electric Power Research Institute's science and technology project, and the Taizhou City "Double Innovation" project. It has won various awards such as the Third Prize for Military Science and Technology Progress and has been a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province for 8 consecutive years.
The laboratory area of Shuangjiang Energy R&D Center is over 6000 square meters, with more than 200 sets of various R&D equipment, most of which are high-end testing equipment imported from abroad, including Brooke, Agilent, Shimadzu, etc. We have obtained CNAS and CMA qualification certifications and can provide testing reports for over 400 indicators such as lubricating oil and explosion-proof electrical equipment. This report can be recognized by 118 countries worldwide.
