DEEP JSSJ-NE-1
DEEP JSSJ-NE-1 is an unused natural ester insulating oil, come from the natural crops. It can instead of mineral oil as the insulation medium of transformers and similar electrical equipments. Synthetic ester insulating oil
DEEP JSSJ-SE-1
DEEP JSSJ-SE-1 is an unused synthetic ester insulating oil. It is a polyol ester synthesized by pentaerythritol and mixed fatty acids instead of mineral oil as an insulating medium for transformers and similar insulating equipment. JSSJ-SE-1 has good electrical insulation properties, excellent oxidation resistance and moisture resistance while it is safe, environmentally friendly and easy to biodegrade.
Suzhong TVBU transformer oil is an uninhibited transformer oil that confroms to IEC 60296 Editon 5.0. Suzhong provides good oxidation stability thanks to its natural inhibitors. This increases the possibilities for a longer transformer life with less maintenance.
GB2536 transformer oil (special)
Suzhong special type transformer oil selects hydrogenated refined naphthenic base oil, adds antioxidant inhibitor, and adopts advanced automatic production blending process (ILB) to produce, and each performance index can meet the requirements of GB 2536-2011 standard. It is suitable for 110KV-500KV power transformers with minimum cold operation temperature 0℃~-40℃.
The product selects naphthenic base oil, which has good dissolving ability to the oil sludge produced during operation; the product adds our special composite inhibitor, which has strong oxidation stability, and can operate safely and stably under harsh conditions, especially during operation, the product itself is not easy to produce a large number of oil-soluble gases.
GB2536 transformer oil (general)
Suzhong general-purpose transformer oil adopts hydrogenated refined base oil, adding antioxidant inhibitors, and is produced by our advanced automated production and blending process (ILB), which has excellent insulation, cooling, and arc extinguishing properties, and can operate stably for a long time in harsh operating environments. Each performance index meets the requirements of GB 2536-2011/IEC 60296-2020 standards. According to the use of the environment of the lowest cold state operation stability can be divided into I-0 ℃ / I-10 ℃ / I-20 ℃ / I-30 ℃ / I-40 ℃ five grades.
Suzhong TVAI transformer oil selects hydrogenated refined naphthenic base oil, adds antioxidant inhibitors, and adopts advanced automated production blending process (ILB) to produce, and its performance indexes can meet the requirements of domestic and international standards, such as IEC 60296-2020/GB 2536-2011/ASTM D3487, etc. It is suitable for 110KV-500KV power transformers with the minimum cold commissioning temperature ≤-30℃. It is suitable for 110KV-500KV power transformers with minimum cold operation temperature ≤-30℃.

High temperature overload electrical insulating oil
Suzhong High temperature overload electrical insulating oil is a narrow distillate base oil produced by special process refining, adding special antioxidant and adopting advanced automatic production blending process (ILB). It can greatly improve the flash point index under the premise of controlling the kinematically viscosity, and can make the transformer oil run stably at high temperature for a long time.
