Suzhong TVAI transformer oil selects hydrogenated refined naphthenic base oil, adds antioxidant inhibitors, and adopts advanced automated production blending process (ILB) to produce, and its performance indexes can meet the requirements of domestic and international standards, such as IEC 60296-2020/GB 2536-2011/ASTM D3487, etc. It is suitable for 110KV-500KV power transformers with the minimum cold commissioning temperature ≤-30℃. It is suitable for 110KV-500KV power transformers with minimum cold operation temperature ≤-30℃.
The product selects naphthenic base oil, which has good dissolving ability for the oil sludge produced in the process of operation; the product has strong oxidative stability by adding my special composite inhibitor, which can run safely and stably under the harsh conditions, especially in the process of operation, the product is not easy to produce a large number of oil-soluble gases by itself;
The product can greatly improve the breakdown voltage, trace moisture, dielectric loss factor, volume resistivity index at the time of leaving the factory on the basis of the standard regulations. We have a professional team to provide technical service for the products delivered to the transformer oil filling site.
