On June 11th, the Second China Electrical Equipment Industry Development Forum, hosted by the Specialized Equipment Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association and organized by the Beijing Electrical Technology and Economics Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Among them, the sub-forum on transformer manufacturing technology in the digital age focused on the professional field of transformers, attracting many industry experts and enterprise representatives to discuss technological innovation together. 

Huang Zhengyong from Chongqing University was invited by Liu Yali, the secretary-general of the National Insulation Evaluation Committee and the director of the Training Center of Beijing Electric Engineering Technology and Economic Research Institute of Machinery Industry, to deliver a keynote speech titled "Key Manufacturing Processes and Digital Operation and Maintenance Technology of Natural Esters Transformers", which sparked heated discussions on the spot. 

Under the impetus of the "dual carbon" goals, traditional insulating oil is in urgent need of environmental upgrading. Huang Zhengyong pointed out that traditional natural ester insulating oil has structural shortcomings in physical and chemical dielectric properties, such as high viscosity, high pour point, weak oxidation stability, and weak dielectric loss stability. Against this backdrop, Shuangjiang Energy has completed the construction of an intelligent production line for 20,000 tons of new natural ester insulating oil per year. The company's natural ester insulating oil integrated deep purification equipment for filtration and absorption has successfully solved the problem of the difficulty in efficiently reducing the acid value and dielectric loss of mass-produced oil products at the ten-thousand-ton level. 

The Deppus natural ester insulating oil produced by the company has been tested by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance), and its main physical and chemical dielectric performance indicators are superior. It is the only product in China that has been certified by Hitachi Energy (formerly ABB). 

As a pioneer in the domestic field of natural ester insulating oil, Shuangjiang Energy has successfully broken through technical barriers through innovative formula design and intelligent production processes. The company's natural ester insulating oil products have passed multiple international certifications such as FM and UL in the United States, reaching the leading level in the industry in terms of technological innovation and professional performance, and helping transformers achieve environmental protection throughout their life cycle. 

The natural ester insulating oil of DepuSi from Shuangjiang Energy has been awarded the FM and UL certifications in the United States. 

During the forum, Shuangjiang Energy had in-depth exchanges with experts and enterprise representatives attending the event on the future development direction of natural ester insulating oil. In the future, Shuangjiang Energy will continue to drive with the dual wheels of "green materials + digital intelligence", leading the industry to advance from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing".
