Recently, in the park-style industrial park of Shanghai Chint Company, a 35kV transformer using Shuangjiang Energy Deep natural ester insulating oil was successfully put into operation, marking another solid step in the cooperation between the two sides in the field of power transformer insulation technology. As the 35kV natural ester vegetable oil transformer project of Shanghai Chint Company for the first time in the domestic network operation, this transformer not only has an important demonstration and test role, but also becomes an important window to show technological innovation and green development concept.
Different from the previous power distribution and transformation export projects cooperated by the two sides, the 35kV transformer is the main power transformation project, which has higher technical requirements and a wider range of application scenarios. After a series of in-depth technical research and field investigation, Shanghai Chint Company finally adopted Depos natural ester vegetable oil as the main insulating medium of the transformer. As an environmentally friendly insulating material, natural ester vegetable oil not only has excellent insulating properties, but also can effectively reduce the impact on the environment, which is in line with the current trend of green development.
Through this cooperation, Shuangjiang Energy and Shanghai Chint Company further deepened mutual understanding and trust.
