With the increasing amount of computing in data centers, the demand for computing efficiency is also increasing, inevitably leading to an increase in power density. Traditional air cooling presents a bottleneck for high heat density scenarios. In this context, liquid cooling technology has excellent characteristics such as ultra-high energy efficiency and ultra-high heat density, which is the only way to solve the challenges of heat dissipation pressure and PUE.

With the increasing compute power and power densities, traditional air cooling is reaching its limits and is no longer feasible to meet the cooling requirement in a cost-effective manner, thus driving the industry to more efficient liquid cooling technologies. 

Our products focuses on liquid cooling technology, i.e., single-phase immersion, where the compute components and servers are directly immersed in a dielectric liquid. The heat transfer path is directly from the electronic components to the immersion liquid that is moving through either natural or forced convection. Immersion provides nearly 100% heat capture and a low temperature environment for electronic components that can lead to performance enhancements and potential reliability benefits.
